Set the client up for the patron with a branch chosen from the library system's own list.

## 2.1.3 Select branch — Supported

Let the patron choose a branch from the library system's list of branches.

### Typical flow

1. The client lists the branches with `GetLocations`.
2. The patron chooses one.
3. The client keeps the chosen branch's `id`.

### What the API provides

- Every branch has an `id` and a `name`. `coordinates` gives its position, with `radius` in metres.
- A branch with `pickup.allow` set to `false` cannot be chosen as a pick-up location. The default is `true`.
